I don’t think the sales team really care about customers or the vehicles they sell. In my opinion, we’re all just another number. Unexpected charges (replacement key $821???? Listed on final sales contract) why would I be charged for a key? Also, a car that needed repairs before my first payment was even due. I truly hate buying cars now because this seems to be the norm. When I told the sales manager about my car issues, he said “the car doesn’t no you just purchased it, it’s a used car” Smh. The service department was helpful I give them a 4 star More

I ( Veterans Services) had a 1:30 appointment on 7/11/23 in the service department for oil change,tire rotation,and a wash. I waited on sight for 3 hrs. Finally I went to check on it to see what was taking in the service department for oil change,tire rotation,and a wash. I waited on sight for 3 hrs. Finally I went to check on it to see what was taking so long. There was no record of me checking in. Even though a video was taken! Was told to come back and services would be free. I returned a week later with the Ford transit. Services were free. By the time I left the dealership the low pressure tire light came on for the two rear tires. More
