So far I've not had a problem. They were great in picking up & bringing back car for my first check-up. Always courteous. I don' know who worked on the car? Making it right After having some routine maintenance performed on my car, including an oil change, I picked up my car and returned home, The next day I noticed a sma After having some routine maintenance performed on my car, including an oil change, I picked up my car and returned home, The next day I noticed a small amount of oil on my garage floor. I wiped it up And hoped that would be the end of it. The following day there were a few more drips. I contacted Heiser and they told me to bring it in and they’d check it out. Unfortunately my car was going into storage for winter and I wouldn’t have a chance. They said no problem, bring it back in spring, which I did. They checked it out, replaced the oil filter and cleaned the underside of the car at no charge. They also apologized for the inconvenience. Sooner or later we all run into a problem. What counts is how the problem is addressed. Heiser stood behind their work and made it right without making any excuses. They were very professional and great to work with. I’ll definitely go back to Heiser for my future service needs! More
