An oil change and tire rotation should not take almost 2 hours. The car wash was also broken so I couldn't even use the complimentary wash either. Almost 2 hours for oil change. Peter was so overly busy that he failed to point out a few things that needed attention. I did not discover until I was home. Not putting blame on Peter because this isn't the first time that Service dept failed to point out things because of being too busy. More
