An exceptional sales person. He noticed that I had several years of licensed plate renewal stickers on my plates. He said the the buyer is paying for the service with the purchase of a new car. He takes the time each year to send birthday wishes. I plan on not visiting this dealership again> I wasvery disappointed in the service department. It took over 2 hours for a scheduled oil change. I had to get rid of my 4 Runner due to frame, suspension an disappointed in the service department. It took over 2 hours for a scheduled oil change.
