When I picked up the vehicle, I was simply handed the paperwork without anyone reviewing the maintenance performed or answering any questions about the inspection. As a new customer and owner of a new vehicle, I think a brief walkthrough would make the experience feel much more complete and reassuring. Checking in was fine but not much was communicated. Peter seemed distracted. I chose to wait and was disappointed in the snack options compared to other dealers I've used for my Honda. Little things that elevate the experience were missing. Reason it was not an average 3 was I knew there were recalls and Peter never addressed them, we got no updates on the car. When the car was ready I had to bring up the recalls and Peter seemed surprised that there were any and admitted to never checking. More
