I overall had a good experience as far as the work done, communication, and timelines are concerned. Price felt outrageous for a new battery. I give some grace if the part for my older (2008) vehicle is har communication, and timelines are concerned. Price felt outrageous for a new battery. After coming back and your techs balanced the tires which helped a lot but the tires still have some shake to them and not because they're snow tires. Hoping it's nothing else causing the shake.
