Made appointment for Gold Service Oil Change told dealer kn phone and know person I would wait. Well wait I did 3 hours later my included service for a simple oil change was finally done. This is absolutely ridiculous when it is a 15-30 min job. 1 hour to 1.5 hours wait fine. Anything more than that and you should tell people up front and give them the option to reschedule instead of holding them hostage. More
