The last time I came in with a massive piece of steel in my tire to see about a warranty. They told me there was no warranty due to the tires coming free with the vehicle purchase. The unfriendly and dismissive man then told me there was nothing he could do. He didn’t offer to order me a new tire or resolve my issue in anyway whatsoever. I then had to leave and order a tire from somewhere else. That being said if I didn’t have the drive assure plan set up through this dealer I would most likely not return. I’ve had the worst customer service each of the five times I’ve been there. Each time it seems as if the job of the staff is to rush me out and say that they will get ahold of me later to resolve any issue. Which is the case with my drive assure maintenance plan. The man told me yesterday that the finance dept would get ahold of me, or if they don’t that I could call, or if I don’t that we could figure it out in 5 months when I return for maintenance. What kind of resolution is that? It seems like nonsense to me. More

Sticky brake pedal, no heat at times, and caution light on I originally took the car to Heiser on Feb. 13th for sticky gas pedal and no heat at times. Heiser kept the car for "6" days. They claim there was nothing wrong with either issue. On Feb. 21st the caution light came on. The screen message read blind side monitor and rear cross traffic alerts. On Feb. 25th I took the car to work. I had no heat. The temperature needle moved up slightly and then down toward the "C" symbol. I made a noon appointment at Heiser. I showed the service writer the temperature gage. He was more concerned about the body damage. I told him the rear body damage happened on Feb. 11th and the alert light did not come on until Feb. 21st. The service writer called me later that evening and said, the alert light was do to body damage and there was no heat problem. I talked to Joe the manager the next day. He came back with the same story, the bumper damage caused the alert light to go on. I said, ten days later and six of those days you had the car. Maybe the dealer did damage. Either way, the damage is minor. Toyota has a poor design. Then I asked, where is my out door temperature reading on the dash? He said, the alert sensor must have caused the outdoor temperature gage not too work. Joe did give me a code, C1AC2. Now the heat, Joe called Toyota. Turns out, Toyota has a design problem. Camry's, Avalon's, and Rav 4s all have this problem. There is no fix at this time. Why do I have to force the issue to find out there is a design issue. Once I find a reliable organization, I will have the body work done and find out the root cause of my alert light. More

extended warranty had my car in for warranty work on the torque converter. That was fixed and the issue solved. had an intermittent rattle under the car. Loose bolt, which can happen on a job that big. Fixed as expected. the impressive part? No one questioned my statement that my car was super quiet, and then had the annoying rattle after the repair. Proffesional questions on when i noticed it. At what speed etc. In and out in about 20 minutes. Problem solved. Professional and courteous treatment! More

The reason I bought my third Toyota Highlander from Heiser I was in the market for a new car. I went to two dealerships and Jorgo Ndina was the person that I spoke with at Heiser. He is very knowledgeable , pa I was in the market for a new car. I went to two dealerships and Jorgo Ndina was the person that I spoke with at Heiser. He is very knowledgeable , patient and very professional. He drove with me to my house so that I could be sure that the car would fit in my garage . He didn’t pressure me into buying the car and more importantly he had all the information that I needed and if he didn’t have the answer he looked it up. He made the purchase of my car very easy!
