The Opposite Experience I Was Expecting I was looking at a new Highlander in the showroom with my wife and daughter and Becky approached. Inside I was expecting the stereotypical sales perso I was looking at a new Highlander in the showroom with my wife and daughter and Becky approached. Inside I was expecting the stereotypical sales person personality and was not overly excited about it. She greeted us warmly and proceeded to answer question after question about the differences between the XLE and Limited trims before offering to pull one of each around so we could get a feel for them. After a test drive, we sat down the for dreaded negotiation. Much to my surprise, she was pleasant, open and we were able to close on a deal that we felt was more than fair without haggling. What was more surprising than how the deal itself went was that she entertained our 2 year old (who needed a nap) with stickers while my wife and I filled out paperwork. We never felt rushed or pushed into something we didn't need/want to get a bigger sale. I would recommend her above any sales person I have ever worked with. Not enough good things can be said. More

First New Car Experience. I had to unexpectedly replace my Toyota in short measure. I had 8 days off of work and found out that my Toyota was in need of several repairs. Deciding it'd be better to put that money into a new Toyota we headed to Heiser. We worked with Joe Krueger and it was a lovely experience. He was kind and accommodating. He was a great listener and took all of our needs into account. He helped us to find our car and drive off safe and very pleased. More

To Infiniti, and Beyond I recently (and unexpectedly) had to replace my vehicle in early December, 2016- I was reluctant, as working long hours during this WI Winter didn't n I recently (and unexpectedly) had to replace my vehicle in early December, 2016- I was reluctant, as working long hours during this WI Winter didn't necessarily align with an ideal car shopping experience. Time was scarce, yet I made it to several other dealerships and test drove many vehicles- none of which provided the "warm fuzzies" I was desperately hoping for. After countless hours at another dealership, a pleasant car shopping experience did not seem to be in my cards this time around. I was about to call it quits for the day but noticed the Heiser Dealership wasn't too far away. I decided to do a quick inventory browse by driving through the lot. Something actually caught my eye, but what were the odds it would be "the car"? It couldn't hurt to go into one more dealership to inquire- and I couldn't be happier I did- Joe Krueger greeted me, offered snacks/ coffee, and sat with me for a long time (despite the fact that Heiser showroom hours were past closed). The time didn't feel long to me (sorry Joe), it was a nice breath of fresh air to feel that I was finally having a productive visit to a car dealership. Joe was not only extremely helpful and straight forward, he was very intuitive to the fact that I was over stressed and under slept- he could not have been any more accommodating. The odds were in my favor- and while I love my new Infiniti, I could not be any happier with my buying experience. Joe went above and beyond... before I knew it, my disappointment with car shopping had quickly transcended to the perfect car buying experience- Joe, thank you so much for attentiveness and swift service. I'm still in shock that not only did I find a car I love, I found a car that I couldn't have felt more confident in buying. You truly flipped the experience for me and did everything possible to ensure the vehicle was ready ASAP. I'm thrilled that my unexpected purchase turned out to be the best car shopping experience I've ever had... Who knew?! Accidents happen, and I'm truly grateful that Joe Krueger was able to create such an unexpectedly pleasant/ swift/ all-around great buying experience. Thank you so, so much Joe- I appreciate all of your help, and I couldn't be happier with my new ride! More
