Every time I come to Heiser Toyota, I am blown away by the professionalism, speed, and quality of care this team provides. As someone who does not have a background in cars, it can be intimidating when a the professionalism, speed, and quality of care this team provides. New car needed oil change at 10k miles which I didn’t know. Not sure why they gave first oil change at 5k. The sticker for next oil change was at 10k so made an appointment 7:30 am because I’m working in know. Not sure why they gave first oil change at 5k. Over 90 minutes for tire rotation with appointment and was late to work. More

Took my truck in for service. They found an issue with a timing cover. I had them do some other things as well.
