They kept my brand new wheel lock key that I ordered with a new set of wheels and gave me a old used beat up one. Then lied about it, told me that’s the one they use when I clearly handed the mechanic my ne a new set of wheels and gave me a old used beat up one. Then lied about it, told me that’s the one they use when I clearly handed the mechanic my new one. They never switch the two wheels that were on wrong reason I handed them the wheel lock in the first place. Overall second time coming here advisor and mechanics was nice way better than the first service I had. That time the advisor was rude and disrespectful to his employee! My score was based off me not getting my brand new wheel lock back which was not cheap ! More

I purchased a 2017 Honda Cr-V from Heiser in May 2022 had not have the car for a year when all the warning lights came on took it back to service dept was told this is a Toyota Dealership I told them if Hei not have the car for a year when all the warning lights came on took it back to service dept was told this is a Toyota Dealership I told them if Heiser sold the car they should be able to fix it car was still under warranty had the same problem November 2023 was told they take to Honda dealer they never did was told needed a battery January 2024 car would not start had to have car toll to Heiser car set for two weeks before I heard from the service dept very disappointed in Heiser will not recommend anybody to shop Heiser will never buy from Heiser again More
