The last 2 times I took my car here my car was completed for over a half hour before they let me know it was done. When I walked into the office to ask what was going on, on both occasions I was told "I was for over a half hour before they let me know it was done. An hour and a half to do an oil change and alignment seems excessive, especially when scheduling the first appointment in the morning. The last time I was here the advisor was also going to charge me for my oil change even though I had purchased a package that included oil changes. There is very little urgency from anyone on the front end of the service department. More

Service work is always first rate. Vince used to always ahow me what was scheduled for my mileage appointments. That did not happen this time, it was based on blind faith.
