I just brought 4 new tires and this is the second time that they were over filled by 6 to 8 pounds of pressure. Is this the practice to void out the warranty faster? Repairs our costly and being retired and in today's financial turmoil I still like to keep the car in the best running condition. We only have one vehicle and Peter Miszewski called me after the tires were completed he would like the keep the vehicle over night to change the front and back differential oil at a cost $ 250.00 +. I told Peter no that would have to wait I need the vehicle back for appointments the next day. I came up to get an emission test and wanted to pay cash and it only excepted card but on the screen it said card or cash. Is this a way to get an extra fee for using the card to get your renewal sticker. More

I’ve been a Heiser customer for my last 8 vehicles. I always have my service done at Heiser also. I appreciate being informed throughout the time I’m in the customer lounge. I’m never concerned about the service that is told to me that should be done…I trust that the service people are honest and truthful. Very cooperative and prompt with greeting us and placing our vehicle in service for fluids exchange and check up. We were there approximately 2 and 1/2 hours. Had another appointment. I have yet to have a pleasant experience with this dealership. From the day I ordered my brand new vehicle to the day I picked it up. Every encounter since then has been subpar. The staff that work there are just unkind and borderline unprofessional. They are not inviting or welcoming and do not make me feel important as a customer. The sad part is my husband bought a Toyota truck at another dealership across town. He receives gold star service every time he goes there. When I get my last oil change on my Toyota service package, I will not be returning to this location. I’m trading this car in and purchasing from another dealership across town. 10 years ago when I bought my first Toyota, I bought it Heiser. The service was top-notch. it is now nothing more than a business transaction. No customer service not even a kind word. More
