Came in for an oil change, they said I had to replace my shocks and pay for an alignment, which I did. Then my car was making a funny noise so I brought it back in. They had given me a bad part (shock) so had to replace it (at no cost) they then gave me a hard time when I asked for an alignment again. My thought process was if they tell you you need an alignment after shock work when I’m paying for it, they should also do it when I’m not getting charged because of the bad part they gave me. This whole issue took hours out of my work day and I wasn’t even offered a discount on my next oil change or anything to address the fact I had to bring my car back in and waste hours of my day all because I was given a bad part. Very disappointed. More
Getting pretty tired of Heiser. Every time I come in for service something doesn't add up. Always trying to up sell on service. $90/hour for just a diagnostic check? Had a brake kit applied to my Tacoma on a Friday. Drove to Horicon (~ 50 min) the next Wednesday. The left rear brake froze & was really hot. Appreciated the help you team provided to check things out, looking at all four brakes and rechecking everything out. So all is well that ended well.
