Made appointment. Indicated maintenance plus a radio problem and recall. Arrived & told too busy for anything other than maintenance. I said Do your owners know you suggest other dealers ? you ended up getting my point and did the maintenance and the recall. You then Said I will need an all day appointment for my radio and you will need my phone all day ... again really ? My phone ? I am undecided where I will look for maintenance, repairs, and purchases next. May not be heiser. More
