I was very dissatisfied with the service rep that worked with me. I felt that she was not treating me with respect. That was a good selling point and I traded in my low mileage 2014 Honda Accord for the above vehicle. I brought the vehicle in for the first free service without a problem and was satisfied. When I brought the vehicle in for the annual service I felt that I was treated rather casually and abruptly. I asked the technician if they were busy because she seemed stressed for some reason. I have purchased a vehicle from your dealership and spent more than ever in my life for that vehicle. I felt that I should have had slightly more respect and consideration from the service representative. More

Had a 3pm appt for oil change. 2 hours later I asked what was taking so long. Evidently the service guy who checked me in left. Not ok.
