Shahat Mohamed is a terrible liar!!! My husband and I came to purchased our car, and he told us that he would tried to get us a lower rate. He did, but for some reason he canceled it on us after I came t came to purchased our car, and he told us that he would tried to get us a lower rate. We called and called him to explain why we were with a different financial when we thought we were with the one we came to sign the papa with. He never returned our called until we got fed up and came to the dealership to face him. He tried to rushed us by saying, oh your with capital now so just forget about the other paper that you signed. He was talking so fast and rushing us to get out the door. I feel like coming in there and give him a piece of my mind!! Shahat is a horrible costumer service person and a LIAR!!!! I am still very angry at the way he handles things!!!! Maintenance Check Disappointed I had a coupon from Andrew Toyota to get a oil change for $19.99 but she would not let me use it. She said it didn't apply to my car and Disappointed I had a coupon from Andrew Toyota to get a oil change for $19.99 but she would not let me use it. She said it didn't apply to my car and I had to pay $50 something or $60 something for the oil change. I told her I just got it changed a few months ago and she check and said January and my daddy said I only needed it changed once a year. when I mention that to her she said a year or 10,000 miles. She said I needed to have my tires rotated and I told her NO, I just bought those tires. So after 1 1/2 hour wait, just to have my oil changed, they told me my bill was only $49.58. So I asked the gentleman what happen because she told me a much higher price. Found out I really didn't need that much oil and when I showed him the coupon, he said he didn't know why she wouldn't let me use it. I paid $49.58 for something I really didn't need when I could have gotten it for $19.99 plus tax. Your company is better than that. I love Heiser Toyota but I have no problem going to Andrew for a better deal.. More

You ordered a part for a recall on 6/25, called and told me it would in the next day. I was called on 6/26 and was told no one knew where the part was and didn’t know when it would come in. When I came to me it would in the next day. I was called on 6/26 and was told no one knew where the part was and didn’t know when it would come in. When I came to pick up my vehicle the service person couldn’t explain to me how that could happen, basically shrugged his shoulders and told me that the parts manager just said it wasn’t there and didn’t know when. How can that happen, still want an explanation. There is a reason I do not go to dealerships for service unless absolutely necessary as in this case. I will continue to not use dealerships for service because of terrible customer service and poor attitudes of yours and other dealerships. More
