A lot of wasted time. I made an appointment one week in advance to have the bright lights checked out. When I got there on time, they thought they were doing an oil change I made an appointment one week in advance to have the bright lights checked out. When I got there on time, they thought they were doing an oil change and did not know about checking the bright lights. Then I was told it would be an hour before they could get to working on my car. It needed new bulbs which I was told might take another hour. I went to the big window to call my wife when I saw my car being parked and the number being removed.So they were done working on my car. I then sat for another 30 minutes before the bill was ready for me to check out. It cost $162. My wife went to our local service station in Feb. for an emissions test. While there, they noticed a front light burnt out, and changed it in 10 minutes for a total cost of $20 for the bulb and NO labor cost at all. I doubt I will return to Heiser Toyota again. More

f/u from previous week's service a couple days after i had my prius serviced i noted that one of my hubcaps was missing. i took my car back in to get the hc replaced. after 1/2 hour a couple days after i had my prius serviced i noted that one of my hubcaps was missing. i took my car back in to get the hc replaced. after 1/2 hour of running around by staff, i was told that they would have to order a new one. order placed, arrived next day, so i drove back in again to get it. service took about 1/2 hour. jeremiah did his best to make things right. Everything was great as usual I was warmly greeted and checked- in in a timely manner. The waiting area was clean and warm. Just one little tiny disappointment.
