horrible service bought a used certified rav 4 1year ago from heiser. first off they tried to sell it with xxxx tires which were changed out! then had troubles with on bought a used certified rav 4 1year ago from heiser. first off they tried to sell it with xxxx tires which were changed out! then had troubles with one tire leaking air for a year every time went back they checked it out over three occasions. Every time said it was fine even had it hydrotest the tire. Well after a year on the next service was told the tire sensors was stripped and leaking. Wanted me to pay 220$ for new sensors. xxxxxxxx! At the end of the day sensor was replaced for free. stay away from heiser just out for your moneyand not customer service. not very trustworthy service department More

Bait and switch Scheduled my last oil change and service covered under my service contract only to be told when I arrived that I was over 25,000 mile mark and service Scheduled my last oil change and service covered under my service contract only to be told when I arrived that I was over 25,000 mile mark and services won’t be covered. The vehicle is not even two years old. To add insult to injury Dana called to let me know that my van was ready and oh you really need new tires by the way. Of course she had a nice big price to quote me for tires to which I said no especially since she couldn’t be bothered to look at me when she had the trainee tell me my service wasn’t covered. I guess the next vehicle will need to be a Honda if Toyota tires can’t make it more than 27,000 in two years. More
