Was quoted one price, paid way more I had a duplicate fob made for our 2014 Rav4. Before I made the appointment, I described in detail what I needed to be done and your service advisor q I had a duplicate fob made for our 2014 Rav4. Before I made the appointment, I described in detail what I needed to be done and your service advisor quoted me a price of $286 and assured me that was for "everything." When I arrived at the dealership yesterday, your service person informed me the job would cost significantly more and was totally unsympathetic and remorseless when I told him what I had been quoted. Based on this experience, I will seek further service from other auto professionals. We have purchased two vehicles from Heiser but after what happened yesterday, we'll never buy from Heiser again. More

Great service as always Heiser Service has always done exactly what is expected, complete and timely. They thoroughly explain everything they're going to do and then again wh Heiser Service has always done exactly what is expected, complete and timely. Once I strayed to another dealership closer in proximity for service, but quickly went right back to Heiser. They know what they're doing and treat you with respect and appreciation. In close to 30 years I've never had a single complaint. More
