They were there when I needed them I was driving on Appleton Ave. when I heard a loud clunk from underneath the rear of my 05 Chrysler which continued with every little imperfection in I was driving on Appleton Ave. when I heard a loud clunk from underneath the rear of my 05 Chrysler which continued with every little imperfection in the road. I knew I was close to Heiser Toyota where I bring my Highlander for service. I drove in and Chue came out and took a ride with me in the parking lot, then advising me not to drive it. They inspected the car and found I had a broken rear strut. As I had no appointment I was happy they could look at it and call me with an estimate and have it ready for me the next morning. Chue was extremely courteous and helpful explaining the problem and what need to be fixed. More
Disappointed Arrived @ 9:50 a.m. & waited 10 minutes outside Service doors as cars were backed up. Waited 10 minutes to discuss tune-up. Two people skipped ahead of me even though I stated the time of my appointment. Suggestion: Hire more service people. Or Have a number system like they do at the deli or bakery in a store where you are served by your number. . More

Small leak diagnosis $$$, thank you Toyota warranty! Spotted someone's vehicle leaking in my driveway and never thought it would be my Highlander about to turn 5 yrs old and rollover 97K miles. Contacted Spotted someone's vehicle leaking in my driveway and never thought it would be my Highlander about to turn 5 yrs old and rollover 97K miles. Contacted Roger in sales who I knew who connected me with Joe K in service. Diagnosed rear main seal leaking and it's going to cost over $2,000 because we have to drop the tranny. I asked if this was drive train related and reminded I purchased vehicle certified pre-owned so the 5yr 100K mile warranty should cover this. Right? A day and $50 ($ warranty deductible) later we were back on the road again! Just in time for the week of the 4th. NO hassle from Heiser nor Toyota's fantastic warranty I never thought would mean much. In this experience it meant A LOT! So glad we purchased a new Toyota van for the wife recently. I am VERY confident my next new ride will be a Toyota. THANKS! More

Disappointed I was given wrong information on the phone about when my total car care ended for free maintenance checks. As a result, I just missed my last free one I was given wrong information on the phone about when my total car care ended for free maintenance checks. As a result, I just missed my last free one by a week. That was very frustrating to me. What added to the frustration was the attitude of the girl who told me that. She was very blunt in saying they had no records of that phone call, and basically insinuated that I was lying about what I had been told. She should have at least shown some sympathy for my being told incorrectly. Very poor customer service! I do not know those girls names. However, I spoke with a dealer who, although he couldn’t give me that free check, he at least showed sympathy and I believe he was the reason I at least got a coupon discount off the maintenance cost. His name is Roger. I thank him for that. More
