Fixed car, no charge I was a walk in. You fixed my car at no charge. On my way back from the Dells my car developed a rattling noise. Had no idea what it was but car se I was a walk in. You fixed my car at no charge. On my way back from the Dells my car developed a rattling noise. Had no idea what it was but car seemed to drive fine so I continued driving. When I got back to Milwaukee around 3:00 PM, I drove right to Heiser Toyota. Chue Lee in the service department was very helpful. He could see my concern. When I demonstrated the noise to him he had a good idea what the problem was. Forty-five minutes latter the noise was fixed (at no charge). I drove home a very happy customer. More
Courteous, quick service Went in for 55,000 Mile service and Takata airbag recall, inquired about new tires and the service technician presented me with several options. He told me they would be able to put them on that day, even though it was an unexpected add on. I got my service, recall, alignment and 4 new tires in just over an hour. Great service. Thanks! More

Disappointed in service After our vehicle was given back to me there was question whether the work had been done. Wrong keys given to me. No oil change sticker updated, had After our vehicle was given back to me there was question whether the work had been done. Wrong keys given to me. No oil change sticker updated, had to be done. Service tech could not immediately locate vehicle. Had to wait extra 10-15 minutes to actually get vehicle after all was declared finished. This is the 2nd time we've had a problem with work not being finished when given vehicle back. Our recommendation to others about this service center contains an asterisk as there is some hesitation on our part. Not what we expect from Heiser. More

The web site problems create a terrible Customer Service experience. More
