5000 mi service Rav 4 Dana did not understand that my 3yr service agreement covers the tire rotation and charged me. Very disappointed on this visit rating bases on this visit I was very disappointed with the overall wait time of a tire rotation and auto emission test. After over an hour I located my car in the pick up lo I was very disappointed with the overall wait time of a tire rotation and auto emission test. After over an hour I located my car in the pick up lot and had to retrieve my keys and paperwork. Was given no explanation and no one went over my work order. Woman at counter tried to assist but she is not a technician. After 20 plus years this was really a disappointment. More
