Look, I don’t want to spend much time arguing. But, the CDC recommends everyone wear masks indoors. (link below). Regardless, I’ve been disappointed with John Hine before this incident. I received notices from the DMV regarding the transfer of my trade in. I left messages. It took over a week to hear back. I was told, “It’s not a problem”. Then I received more notices. Left messages. Never heard back. Eventually, I just handled it on my own. As someone with a background in International Business, I’m pretty confident a Japanese Corporation understands the importance of both customer service and public health. I find it unfortunate John Hine Subaru doesn’t follow suit. We’ve owned 10 Toyotas. This is our first Subaru.
