No stress new car purchase. I have spent all my life hearing the horror stories about car dealerships and the sales people. So when my wife and I finally go to the point in our l I have spent all my life hearing the horror stories about car dealerships and the sales people. So when my wife and I finally go to the point in our lives that we could buy our first new car, we were expecting the worst. We went to 7 dealerships and tried 8 different models of cars. I can tell you that stepping into the Temecula Subaru dealership was completely different than all others. We were greeted by Ronnie Robinson who has been one of the most down to earth people that I have meet at any dealership. He listened to our plans and time frame for when we wanted to purchase a car. There was zero pressure to do any type of upgrade or look at this other model over here kind of thing. Ronnie answered all our questions and gave us the same level of customer service on our 4 return visits to the dealership. In the end he suggested we order one from the factory that way we could get the color and all the options we wanted. We were given the same price as if we had picked one off the lot. We just had to wait a bit, which was fine for us because it fell into our timeline. I can say that the whole experience has been one of the easiest and least stressful purchases I have ever made. Ronnie stuck to every offer he made to us over those 4 trips to the dealership. When it came time of do the financing something was left out. Ronnie stepped up and the contract was rewritten then and there to honor what was offered on one of our 4 visits. I can not stress enough. Make Temecula Subaru the first, middle and last visit when car shopping. You will not be disappointed by the sales and the great deal you will get on any of the models you are looking for. More

Since my wife hates the car buying process, I met with David by myself on Monday. I liked what I saw and wanted my wife to look at the car. Tuesday was David’s day off but was the best day for us and since there were only a two cars like the one I was looking at I wanted to be sure if she liked it we would not loose it. David offered to let us put a $500 deposit to keep the car but I wanted my wife to see it before we did anything. I left a message on David’s cell phone asking if there was someone else that could show the car on Tuesday but he insisted on coming in to show her his self. To shorten this up, he met us at 9:30 AM and took her for a test drive, she drove. She loved the car so he took his time explaining EVERYTHING to us. He was never pushy or tried to close the sale so he could o home. When all of our questions were answered, my wife mentioned a couple things she would have liked to have, so David offered to show us a "Limited" that had everything we wanted and more for only a few thousand dollars more. So after looking at that one and some more questions answered we agreed to purchase that car. My wife said that this was the first time she actually enjoyed buying a car. More
