He communicated with us regularly, appraised us of the problem and cost, and went above and beyond for us. Customer service like that seems to be rare these days. Lee made a stressful situation so much easier than we expected. He's amazing! More

Our family has three Subaru’s my husband bought me an ascent during Covid when cars were a no. I love her.. we drive to Reno 2 a year👍, before my husband passed he purchased our high school graduate a 2 ascent during Covid when cars were a no. So pleased with the safety railings.. our first son has a Crosstrek and yep pet owned, 2”of fur. We have purchased quite a few vehicles but one stands out Subaru !!! My only complaint is this, “replace the flag”, it is disrespectful to have torn and weathered.. will follow up shortly.. More

I had an appointment at 1:30 (which they were able to accommodate and get me in the same day), but got there a little early. I was immediately greeted and checked in. I sat in the clean waiting room and almost immediately started getting text updates about my cars service. Before I knew it I got a text telling me my car was done. In and out in about 35 minutes. Absolutely incredible. More
