Another important tip many sales people don't do is introduce their customers to their managers, she did and that was a major plus very professional. A follow up the next day for thanking customers for coming in and even suggesting a test drive. Which other dealerships don't do salesmen run away from customers when they hear test drive....We dont' need to look further we feel confident in not seeking another dealership or doing business elsewhere.
