I went in response to a call from Herman that my warranty was expiring and would I be interested in getting into a newer Certified PreOwned. I said I would listen, told him how much I wanted to pay, he fo was expiring and would I be interested in getting into a newer Certified PreOwned. I said I would listen, told him how much I wanted to pay, he found me several vehicles but always listened to what would make me happy. He found me a perfect car for me, I did nothing but decide which one, he did everything for me. I returned the next day, as the first visit was on a sunday and I picked up the car on time as scheduled. Herman then spent 1 hour explaining the new car's operation to me and my friend. My friend told me this dealer has the worst service, I don't believe so, I went there. There is no sales person welcome us. I have you ask for help. I waited for 2 weeks, there is no answer or e-mail. If they don’t want to serve us just say no. no need to make customer wait for 2 weeks. I went to other dealer; they gave us a test drive in the same day and with a nice welcome. Therefore I know my friend was right about this dealership. More

Jason Chen, a sales consultant at Helms Bros was extremely pleasant and helpful when we first met him regardless if we had planned to purchase or was just inquiring. He showed us as many different extremely pleasant and helpful when we first met him regardless if we had planned to purchase or was just inquiring. He showed us as many different options around the showroom as we wanted to see. He was extremely patient and not pushy like most sales reps. We came back the next day with so many questions and he sat us down to explain every minute details of the pricing scheme. We asked to have a test run and he willingly obliged and had the car ready the next morning desite that we could just be wasting his time. He did his very best to fulfill our every request to the the very end. It was our first experience and it was a very pleasant experience with a very knowledgeable, polite and friendly salesman, Jason.
