Suzanne started her career at Helms Bros. in 1982 as a receptionist/biller and over the last 30 years has held many position in the dealership. She has been the General Manager since graduating NADA GM training in 2000. "My passion for the industry has led to an amazing career and an attitude that I impart on all my team members. I am grateful for the opportunity to accommodate the automotive needs for so many clients and continually strive to exceed their expectations always." Suzanne's other interests are health, fitness, reading and anything that pertains to self -improvement. She resides on Long Island with her husband and twin daughters.

I've been to many dealerships before and I've dealt with many dishonest sales reps. Jason Chen is not one of them, Jason is a very good sales rep and will take very good care of you. He'll work very hard to earn your trust and business. I highly recommend Jason Chen for anyone looking to get a Mercedes Benz. My family has been dealing with Helms Bros. for almost 50 years. Helms Bros is a very good dealership compared to other Mercedes dealerships. While my family has been dealing with Helms Bros for a very long time, I made a mistake with my last Mercedes Benz and went to the Mercedes dealership in Roslyn. Big Mistake!! They tried to scam me, lie to me, and do everything a Used car dealership would do to rip you off. So, I went back to Helms Bros. for my current car which I got during the summer of 2023. Unfortunately, the new car I got is having a lot of issues and I'm hoping Helms Bros. will take care of me and make everything right. For now, I'm giving Helms Bros. 5 stars. I will post updates in the future. More

Helms service was a luxury, top-tier experience. I was having a problem with a presafe functions pop up in my GLC 2019 I purchased from them. I came in directly from the road, and was helped immediately. The center itself is very clean and nice with Mercedes gear, snacks, coffee and drinks, and even a computer room! I grabbed a kiwi strawberry capri sun and a chewy granola bar. There was an area for Uber/Lyft and mine was there under a minute! Just got the call that they have fixed the car!! Remarkle service. I’ve been a customer of Helms Bros for over 20 years . They’re service is unmatched . I left another dealer at that time and never looked back . At the time I started , Giacomo ( Jack ) Iperato was a 19 They’re service is unmatched . I left another dealer at that time and never looked back . At the time I started , Giacomo ( Jack ) Iperato was a 19 year old valet . Since then he became my Service Advisor and more recently , a Financial Advisor . I was distraught when he told me he’d no longer be my advisor but Andy Lin was his replacement. I’d be hard pressed to have to decide who was/is better. They’re both great ! Moving over to sales , how can you beat a salesperson better than Jeffery Stampler ? He always gets the car I need and has been most helpful in getting cars for all my friends and business associates I’ve referred. Beyond all that , he even came to my wife Sharon’s assistance when she thought she had a flat tire on the Wantagh Parkway one night . When I got there , he was already on the scene . Now let’s move over to management. Jennifer Lang was always a gem helping with any concerns or issues that were beyond Jeff’s abilities to resolve . Then I met the most amazing person of this organization, Suzanne Cochran . Mr Calahan found the most effective, concerned manager I’ve ever met 40+ years ago .
