AMAZING SERVICE I was greeted by the receptionist as soon as I walked in. I met John S the Sales Manager and Eric M my salesman and they both bent over backwards to make my experience phenomenal. From start to finish they were courteous, informative, patient and accommodating. I walked in on Friday just to look around, test drove a Ford Explorer XLT Sport and fell in love! I picked my truck up on Saturday. I have only wonderful things to say about this dealership and all of their staff. Thank you so much for the great service, follow up and for being attentive and making me feel at home. We walked came in at 11:00am, when we told Frank what we wanted he did all the research, came back with a price and we gave him the go ahead. He told my daughter and I to go get something to eat and come back in two hours when we told him we took an uber there he looked at us and said come back in one hour. We did and everything was ready!! More

Karen Hesdra is my sales person and what a I just leased my second Lincoln MKC. This is the second one that I have leased at Hempstead Ford Lincoln. Karen Hesdra is my sales person and what a great sales person she is! Not only is Karen a really nice person, but she really cares about her clients and goes out of her way to get you what you want at the best possible price. This is my third Lincoln, and I wish I had known Karen when I got my first one. I was so thoroughly ripped off by the first dealership I went to and was given terrible customer service so when I met Karen I was so happy to find her. The Lincoln part of the dealership is really upscale and the customer service is top notch and very accommodating. The service department is great too! Don't look any further.
