Karen Hesdra is my sales person and what a I just leased my second Lincoln MKC. This is the second one that I have leased at Hempstead Ford Lincoln. Karen Hesdra is my sales person and what a great sales person she is! Not only is Karen a really nice person, but she really cares about her clients and goes out of her way to get you what you want at the best possible price. This is my third Lincoln, and I wish I had known Karen when I got my first one. I was so thoroughly ripped off by the first dealership I went to and was given terrible customer service so when I met Karen I was so happy to find her. The Lincoln part of the dealership is really upscale and the customer service is top notch and very accommodating. The service department is great too! Don't look any further. We have found the dealership to be responsive, available, fair, and honest with us. Frank is an exemplary sales person and representative of Hempstead Ford Lincoln. He worked with us to give us the best possible service, and the best possible pricing terms. Our most recent experience involved us buying out (early) the lease on our Edge, and at the same time trading in our Toyota Camry (for which we received a very fair offer as a trade-in), and then leasing an Escape. Our daughter will likely be in the market for a vehicle within a year, and we will absolutely do business with Hempstead Ford Lincoln and with Frank Romeo. Three of those cars are still on the road! We were impressed by Corey's cheerfulness at the front desk, and by Lowell's expertise on the EcoSport we chose, as well as the other cars in the showroom, and of the past. We like dealing with people close to our age who have that experience and knowledge, which we value when purchasing a new car, since our last new car was the '84 Escort!
