As for the Escape it is great, I test drove a Honda CRV and HRV before leasing and feel the Escape is truly the better SUV. Poor service for commercial. I would deal with frank again Frank took the time, worked with us to find the SUV we really wanted. My husband had to step out for a minute and frank was processing my payment, my son and I were sitting in the delivery room and another salesman with his customer came in ask me if I signed all my papers I said yes. Then he proceeded to tell me he needed the room and basically kicked us out. I had to pick all the paperwork license plates the nicely taped registration that was on the desk and Franks screw driver.
