Well happy to say that it was a great experience and look forward to my next lease or purchase of a new Ford at Hempstead Ford. As for the Escape it is great, I test drove a Honda CRV and HRV before leasing and feel the Escape is truly the better SUV. Love my Android Car Play and the Other Sync tech and the 2.0 ecoboost way more robust then the Honda options I tested. Alan Melgarejo More
Service visit Scheduled a car visit for inspection and oil change for a Saturday. Arrived slightly early and was checked in in about 2 minutes. Greeted by Karen and confirmed the necessary work to be done to my car. In addition to the oil change and inspection needed an alignment which appears to be normal living on Long Island with the horrible road conditions (endless potholes) on all the streets and highways. Poor service for commercial. I would deal with frank again Frank took the time, worked with us to find the SUV we really wanted. This has nothing to do with frank so I do not want him to be effected by this and he was also upset by this and this reason is why I can't give 5 stars. My husband had to step out for a minute and frank was processing my payment, my son and I were sitting in the delivery room and another salesman with his customer came in ask me if I signed all my papers I said yes. Then he proceeded to tell me he needed the room and basically kicked us out. I had to pick all the paperwork license plates the nicely taped registration that was on the desk and Franks screw driver. It made me feel like my business wasn't important. It was very unprofessional. I matter too More

Karen was very quick with the process and stayed on top of everything. I usually deal with Karen when I bring my car for service in the past and I never had any concerns.
