It was a very pleasant experience and my excitement grew gradually as the days passed culminating in the drive out. There are so many features and packages to learn about a new car that it is hard to decide what fits, but Karen Hesdra was very knowledgeable about everything making it very easy. Now driving for 35 years and having owned only 3 cars prior to my Lincoln MKX purchase, I expect a good long term relationship with the Hempstead Ford Lincoln dealership team to keep me rolling in comfort and reliability, based on my initial experiences so far.
