We have contacted Oliver and Doug. Because our issue had to be escalated with corporate and attorneys, they won’t respond. My truck has been there for three months and I have continued to make $1200 payments on a vehicle I do not have and been given loaners that do not compare and cannot accommodate my family. Neither Hempstead Lincoln nor Lincoln Corporate have taken responsibility for the issue we continue to have and PAY for. Can you respond to this!!!
