This is my third ford fusion. I love the car, and the service. I originally started at Country Ford with Rich Coppola. I always did all my service at Country Ford. I brought my 2009 Fusion there for service. And got my 2012 Fusion from them also. Anytime I was at the service dept., everyone was very helpful. Rich Coppola made getting my new Fusion a very good experience. I love my new car. I will continue to go back there and recommend to my friends and family. More

The dealership had a lot of vehicles to choose from. Our salesman Joel was upfront and honest and was able to take care of all the paperwork very quickly. Additionally, Joel took care of a couple items I had asked such as remove decals and try to remove stains on the steering wheel. The transaction was smooth. I would recommend Joel and the pre-owned dealership at Hempstead Ford. Thanks Joel! More

They treated me in a professional manner and even followed-up with me a few weeks after my purchase to ensure I was satisfied with the car. I recenlty visited Hempstead Ford to look around and get some "ideas" for a future purchase. Tom Anderson was the sales person who greeted me. He was friendly, professional and not at all pushy. Although, not originally intending to make an immediate purchase, I did return several days later and bought a new Fusion. The car was delivered and ready when promised. Tom and the customer service people were very helpful and patient with explaining the features of the car and setting up the sync system. I have not had the car in for service yet but I do recommend the dealership. More
I went to this dealership after calling in advance about the particular ford car, model and trim and even the spec package and was told they have "a lot" of cars. I took a cab to visit the dealership (whic the particular ford car, model and trim and even the spec package and was told they have "a lot" of cars. I took a cab to visit the dealership (which btw shows how eager you are to buy the car - not a good idea!). I was horrified at the poor knowledge of the products displayed by the sales person - couldn't differentiate between a focus and a fiesta. They did not have the right model and made me test drive a sedan instead of a hatchback insisting that it had the same feel. The biggest shock came when they told me the price which was way over the price quoted by ford.com website where I built the car and even brought a printout of the price with me. I was told that the website misguided me!! There was no intention of negotiation which was another shock because I had heard that ford dealers were the most welcoming esp. since the past reputation of ford vehicles has been notorious for poor quality. I was offered a demo for almost new sticker price with 3k miles on it! It may be considered new, but a car with 3000 miles is not new to me at all and should have a 15% reduction. Obviously at this point I decided to stop wasting my time and left the dealership. To date, there has been no follow-up of my visit. 2 other ford dealers that I had visited in long island called/emailed me to follow-up on my visit and tried to negotiate except this one - shows how much they cared. Maybe I just got the wrong salesperson, but this experience has left me not wanting a ford at all (I bought a hyundai elantra and love it). Be careful and don't get fleeced by these ford dealership union wokers. Be wise and select the best value for your money. If you must go for Ford though, I highly recommend Dana Ford in Staten Island. More

I cannot say enough good things about Tom and the people at Hempstead. I went in looking for the Explorer and when I sat in it Tom noticed the expression on my face--too much car for me. He suggested I si at Hempstead. I went in looking for the Explorer and when I sat in it Tom noticed the expression on my face--too much car for me. He suggested I sit in the Escape next to it. I did and I was sold. I test drove the Escape and that is what I drove home today. Tom was the best. Instead of trying to sell me the Explorer he knew to let me try the smaller car. He was so helpful, not pressuring me into something that was not right for me. I would recommend Hempstead and Tom to anyone. He is a true professional, he answered all of my questions and my husband's. I am a very happy new Escape owner. Thank you Tom Anderson. More
KAREN IS GREAT SHE HAS TAKEN CARE OF OTHER LEASES FOR US AND IS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFULL. THIS IS THE FOURTH CAR WE HAVE LEASED FORM HERE AND I HAVE FOUND THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT TO BE VERY GOOD.
