I always have a pleasant experience when I take my car for service. Amanda is my service advisor and she is always very helpful and advises me of all my needs and options for my vehicle. The level and quality of communication from the dealership continues to be a challenge. It’s constantly pulling teeth to get information and feedback from them. I had my vehicle picked up Wednesday (7/30/25) morning for a standard oil change, software update, and state inspection. I still heard nothing from them Thursday (7/31/25) afternoon. I sent a follow-up text asking for an update with no response. An hour later, I followed up with a phone call and was told that they were behind on the completion of my vehicle’s service. Communication went “dark” again until I called them on Friday afternoon (8/1/25) when I was told that there was an issue with the software update. We had agreed that on Saturday (8/2/25) they would deliver a larger vehicle as a loaner with the goal of getting our X7 returned to us by the end of the day Monday (8/4/25). On Saturday (8/2/25) I received no information on the timing of dropping off a loaner vehicle and ended up having to call them. Apparently, my vehicle was completed that morning, to which they did not communicate that information. I ended up driving to the service center to pick up my vehicle. Additionally, the service team was supposed to follow-up with me today (8/4/25) regarding service on my other BMW, to which they still have not. This service team is the most unreliable team I have ever dealt with and their “say – do” ratio couldn’t be lower. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of their service and will likely not purchase another car from the Hendrick Automotive group as a result. More

He didn't just try to make a quick sale — he took the time to help us find a car that would be comfortable and wheelchair-accessible, which was our top priority. His dedication and thoughtful approach made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We'd also like to give a big thank you to Tory Jones, who helped us with the paperwork. Tory actually assisted us 7 years ago with our last car purchase, and it was great to see him again delivering the same exceptional service. Highly recommend both Cole and Tory if you're looking for a team that truly cares about their customers! More
