Wife popped a tire. They coordinated an appointment and tow to the dealership because we had no spare and replaced the tire no charge with the hazard plan I had. Everyone was very helpful and transparent. I was out of the country and my wife had no problems. They even brought the car back because my wife has two little children. Highly recommend.
