Good start to the process but experienced bait and switch Was turning in an end of lease vehicle (an Acura), leased from another Hendrick dealership (Acura), not this one, but was promised the same end of lea Was turning in an end of lease vehicle (an Acura), leased from another Hendrick dealership (Acura), not this one, but was promised the same end of lease benefits that the original dealer/finance co. was offering. It was one of the reasons we chose this dealership instead of going back to the original. Got charged end of lease fees not expected. Very disappointed because the remainder of the dealings with this dealership were really good and I thought I had a dealership I could count on for many years to come. Made an appointment at a specific time with a specific sales person, got there waited over the appt time and got another sales rep. Defeated the purpose of making an appt. More

HVAC Repair I had a lot of hvac work done in June. My heat wasn’t working so I had to return it.
