Poor communication I took My 2015 Challenger Hellcat in for repair on Friday and never got a call from anyone to give me a status on the repairs. I called Monday and wa I took My 2015 Challenger Hellcat in for repair on Friday and never got a call from anyone to give me a status on the repairs. I called Monday and was told the my rep wasn’t there and they would have someone call me in the morning. Tuesday never received that call. I called Tuesday and was told the my rep was still not in and someone would call me the next morning. Never got that call. Did get a text telling me my car would be ready later that day. Went to pick up the car and the rep wasn’t available. I was given the key with no info on the work done and told that I would be emailed the receipt. Never got the emai. Very poor communication and customer service. More

We never felt like we were being taken advantage of. He listened to our list of must-have’s versus like to haves and brought very appealing options to the table for us to consider within those parameters. Not only that but we felt the dealership was fair in the trade in value they gave us for our car. All in all we were in and out start to finish within a few hours all with our five-year-old who could be a bit ornery in tow. The kids room, popcorn and drinks were a bonus to keep little guy from running amok while Greg‘s demeanor was helpful, patient and kind throughout the transaction. Would highly recommend working with Greg and this dealership in the future!! More
