Poor customer service AFTER the sale We purchased a brand new Dodge Charger and after we got it home we noticed the fender was damaged. We called the dealership right away and they said t We purchased a brand new Dodge Charger and after we got it home we noticed the fender was damaged. We called the dealership right away and they said they would have someone come and pick it up and fix it. That is the only thing that went right in this whole story. We had to call 3 different people( Robert the salesman, Mike in Sales and Mark in Finance) to try and get our paperwork. That was an ordeal to say the least. They finally after a week sent us our paperwork overnight mail. When we finally got the car back after they fixed it( did the detailer not see this) they left the hemi badge off of the new fender. So here we go again. Dean came and picked up the car again and drove it down there again and they fixed it again. The only good thing about this dealership was Dean and he is not even an employee there. After you drive the car off the lot they don’t want to know you at all. I would never recommend buying anything from this dealership. Poor communication and poor customer service. More

However, I have now taken my vehicle to this location on several occasions for everything from very simple maintenance to much more complicated 'surgery' on my interior. They have been very good to work with and I look forward to this relationship when the service of my vehicle requires it in the future. • In general their communication is very good • Their service area is a bit difficult to get a view of (I like to watch what is going on) but looks to be in good order when I can get a peek • The technicians have been very competent • The specific technician that worked on my vehicle for the major interior work appears to have known exactly what he was doing and seems to have done an excellent job • They have been upfront with me on the service needs of my vehicle and have not charged me for work that would have been duplicative based on other needs that arose during my visit • They listened to my concerns based on an ongoing problem and issue with another local dealer and provided as much assurance as they could before they began their work—moreover they kept their word and corrected the damage caused by the other dealer • I have confidence that this dealership can service my vehicle well in the future More
