Well I had purchased A Challenger from Hendrick previously and well if the dang car had a rattle that the dealership just couldn't get at. So after going in several times to get it fixed I figured why not get a truck. Well after talking with Paul Boyd, I found out I had gone to College with his son and so as I continued talking with Paul I felt at ease with him as his son who is a great colleague. Paul listened to my concerns about the car and my questions regarding getting into a truck. He was proficient in getting all the data I needed and showed me what I could get into. His ability to have the answer to my questions made me feel comfortable and made it a hands down choice in getting the Ram. Dream Come True !!! I stopped in Hendricks of Concord to see what they had for used Jeep's . I was just window shopping on my day off and had intensions of going to a few I stopped in Hendricks of Concord to see what they had for used Jeep's . I was just window shopping on my day off and had intensions of going to a few dealer ships to look around. I was meet by Jorgen I explained I was just window shopping due to I had a plan and I was planning to try to purchase something till July. Jorgen showed me new and used jeep's we discussed features and price . I thought we seen all they had for jeep's he explained he had one more he might be able to show me . Jorgen showed me the last one I looked at . We test drove it and I really liked it . I explained again that I couldn't get approved or afford such a beautiful jeep as I have a budget set for what I can spend. Jorgen asked me if they could meet all my requirement that I have at this time would I buy it today . I laughed and said sure knowing that they couldn't possibly do it . I even explained how a dealer tried a month earlier to no avail to get me approved. Jorgen wrote it up and the whole time he kept telling me that they do everything that they could to meet all my requirements . While we waited Jorgen got me drinks even offered to get me snacks from the vending machine. I have worked in retail business for almost 30yrs now and Jorgen was very friendly and professional the whole time he was working with me. Jorgen kept giving me hope that I was going to get approved . I was going to give up and tell them 2 or 3 times thank you for trying, but Jorgen kept reassuring me that they ( Mark ) in financing was doing all he could for me . I would like to thank Jorgen for the superior customer service and Mark for his fantastic financial skills and all the other personal at Hendricks of Concord for helping make a dream come true. More

Excellent Customer Service Paul and Cory were excellent in finding the exact Wrangler I was looking for. Challenger RT I'm on my second Dodge Challenger RT in the last year and half. The first one was a purchase handled by Paul. They did not have the car I wanted on I'm on my second Dodge Challenger RT in the last year and half. The first one was a purchase handled by Paul. They did not have the car I wanted on the lot when I went in to look, but Paul was able to find it at another dealership and arrange a transfer. The only thing I didn't like about that car was the payment. I went back to Paul a couple weeks ago to discuss options for lowering my payments. I was able to trade in my 2013 Challenger for a 2014 Challenger with more equipment for less money. The 2014 is a lease (my first lease experience), but I feel like Paul explained everything to me and helped me understand that it really was a good deal. More

Right price and excellent quality service! We drove on down from Salisbury to Concord to just look and price out a Jeep. They even threw in slusher mats and a great discount on the extended warranty/service. We will definitely be back in the future for our next vehicle purchase and I can't wait to see their new digs when it opens soon! More

Soon we decided to negotiate price. It took quite a while for us to finally come to a price that we could afford for the vehicle we wanted but we finally did with the help of the sales manager Victor. I placed Michael on my list of who I worked with because he finalized all of our paperwork for us. He had everything in order and that part was painless. Overall everyone was very nice. I wish the process of negotiating the price wasn't as difficult as it was but negotiating a price you can afford sometimes takes a long time. I would recommend working with Jason as he was friendly and went above and beyond answering questions about our vehicle. More

I have been trying to find a newer vehicle for about a year and never felt comfortable at most dealerships and I always felt pressured to buy. When we got to the dealer we were welcomed immediately and offered assistance. Jorgen did SUCH an awesome job being patient with me and my fiance as I looked at the vehicle and test drove. He never made me feel like I had to buy the vehicle or any pressure or hard balling. He simply asked me what questions I had and then just enjoyed the ride and talked about other things. It was SO refreshing!! I decided to buy the vehicle and he was awesome through the whole process and made it the easiest car buying experience ever! The financing was an easy process as well and I never had any anxiety and they got me a great deal! I've already begun referring friends and family to this dealer!
