Great Experience with Rick Sayward and the Hendrick team! My wife and I both purchased cars from Hendrick CDJR of Concord last week and it was a great experience! Our Sales professional, Rick Sayward was awe My wife and I both purchased cars from Hendrick CDJR of Concord last week and it was a great experience! Our Sales professional, Rick Sayward was awesome! He is kind, professional and knowledgeable of the vehicles we test drove and eventually purchased. My wife bought a Jeep Cherokee Trail Hawk and I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Every person we encountered was just like Rick. Joe Owens (GM) introduced himself to us on our first visit and came up to us each time just to say hello and make sure we were being taken care of. Bob Whitmore worked hard to get us the deals we wanted and John did a great job of getting us the Financing terms to meet our budget. I cannot imagine going to any other dealership in the future! We are fans of Hendrick CDJR! Thanks! More

Jorgen Malmgren is a great non pushy sales associate. Jorgen helped me order a new 2015 Jeep Sahara. His knowledge base of Jeep is excellent. Also communication throughout the process was top notch. My esperience I had been to several other dealerships where I was told that I could not get out from under an upside down loan of my current car without putting dow I had been to several other dealerships where I was told that I could not get out from under an upside down loan of my current car without putting down $4,000.00. stopped in at Hendrix because I like dodges. Scott met us at the car and asked what he could do and I explained my situation to him and he said well lets see what we can do for you. and stated let me go talk to my manager. and finally he came back and said lets look at some cars. I found one that I liked told him where needed payment at and they worked with me and got me what I wanted and at a payment i could afford. I recieved the best treatment from everyone there. I would recommend this dealership to any one strangers or family and friends. Thank you Scott and John the finance guy. More
