Ordered new 2021 Jeep gladiator first it was out of alignment really badly and the Mopar cover that was installed at factory leaked we were told was defective and dealership ordered a new one they did alignment really badly and the Mopar cover that was installed at factory leaked we were told was defective and dealership ordered a new one they did fix alignment after waiting several weeks I called and cover was in and I went and had reinstalled before I left dealership I told them right side seemed to be sitting up higher than left I was dismissed and told they did not think so and that the problem had been fixed I ask if they had water tested the cover and they said yes it leaked again we took to another dealership and Rubitrux in Boone and were told installed wrong Again took back to Hendrick Concord talked to service advisor and manager who supposedly brought in engineer who said Yep installed wrong they reinstalled and I asked again did you water test was told yes but this time I had put paper towels under edge and knew they had not water tested it still leaks and not just dips water it pours in They told us sorry they all leak and nothing we can do so we had them remove it and they gave us exactly what we paid for cover as return as a good faith gesture offered to fill up my tank and run it through car wash After spending 4 days and being told countless conflicting stories and untruths I told them to keep the gas and car wash this was not about money but about integrity and customer service I have purchased from Hendrick for over 20 years and have never been treated so rudely and unethically please do not purchase or use this service department More
