My fiancé bought a truck from Paul and Eric today. I was not intending in purchasing a SUV. I told Paul what I was looking for and he went above and beyond to get my dream SUV. I have to say I was originally put off by the first salesman we encountered. He wanted to play the usual dealer game of keeping you in the dealership and wearing you down. I repeatedly told him my son salesman we encountered. He wanted to play the usual dealer game of keeping you in the dealership and wearing you down. I repeatedly told him my son, who has a disability, would not be able to tolerate being there for too long. We finally left and he called to offer us what we initially wanted... as we were half way down the street... we did not turn around and go back. No one has time for someone else to waste their time! I wrote an email to the manager about our experience and was asked to come back in. I did go back a few weeks later and ended up with a great salesman, Paul Boyd... and I took home a great Jeep Sahara Unlimited! I did have an issue with water not draining out of the frame around the roof, but the service person I had, David Pierce, was just outstanding! I honestly cannot say enough good things about him! He was accommodating and stayed in constant contact with me about the vehicle. David more than made up for the inconvenience of not having my Jeep for awhile. So, all of the good experiences I received later certainly ended up outweighing my initial experience! And I love my Jeep!! More
