Went in to buy a van for my business . Got the loan in Chrysler capital. I was told it was going to be in business name only and not on my personal credit. This place SUCKS I took my car there for a knocking noise in the engine and was told I had screws in the engine they removed the screws I went to pick up my Vehicle and it would not start dodge jump started in the engine and was told I had screws in the engine they removed the screws I went to pick up my Vehicle and it would not start dodge jump started my vehicle then told me I needed a New battery after getting and new battery! The next day I was driving my vehicle and it wouldn’t go over 20mph all these lights started flashing on the dashboard then I took it back to Dodge and they said I need a New radio it’s not the battery they put a new radio in my vehicle then days later my Service Shifter light came on I took it back to dodge and was told that they had to do some rewiring after having my vehicle for 9 Days no one called me to tell me anything after having my vehicle for 9 days I called them to see what’s going on they said that the Service guy was out yesterday driving it and he will call me when he get back NO call then the next day I called Him and he answered I ask him what’s going on with my Vehicle he said it’s running good and the Service Shifter light has not came back on then said that he was going to detail my vehicle and wash it that way when I come pick it up it nice pretty for me I said OK what’s the best time to pick it up he Said about 4pm or 5pm I said ok when o get there the service Guy was gone for the day another service guy walked over to me to tell me that my vehicle was across the street beening painted I said what for he said it was involved in an Accident to make a long story short they had my vehicle for 9days and no one called to tell me anything I heard two different stories about my vehicle the other service manager said the Lift gate hit it while beening worked on in there shop my husband had to go off they cops was called and everything the next day we went in to talk to the General Manager but they suck one of the Police office told us that they had a Problem with this same dealer he don’t come there for anything!!! I Don’t Recommendation this PLACE !! And my Service Shifter light came Back on!!! They ALL Suck at this dealership They was going to give us our vehicle back without telling us that it was involved in an accident while on there Property!! More
