No Pressure and Great Follow Up! Frank a great partner in the car buying process. He listened to what I had to say and presented me with options that would meet the criteria I set for Frank a great partner in the car buying process. I told him I wanted to comparison shop and he didn't try to pressure me into making a quick decision. He was so easy to work with I decided to come back and purchase my Sorento from Hendrick KIa of Concord. Awesome!! I came to the dealership after talking to Kelvin through email and phone. He promised I wouldn't regret it, and I didn't! Its small and not worth really mentioning, but I want to give an honest review. My wife and I had a brief personality conflict with one of the salespersons which was quickly resolved and everything and everyone was great to work with afterwards. Purchased my wife a new 2016 Kia Optima LX and we couldn't be happier with the car. Would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to family and friends!! More

Professional and Committed I had been searching for a car for about 3 weeks when I came across Alex Cranford at Hendrick Kia of Concord. I advised him of what I wanted and that I had been searching for a car for about 3 weeks when I came across Alex Cranford at Hendrick Kia of Concord. I advised him of what I wanted and that my heart was set on this particular car. We found one at a sister location of Hendrick and the pursuit was on. After meeting and having a sit down with Alex, he let me know that that would go and pick the car up for me and we could make the deal happen. Alex, then contacted the dealership where the car was originally located at least to get the actual specs and condition of the car this way to ensure this was the one I wanted and the condition met his and my standards. I can honestly admit that I have never been met with the professionalism, empathy, and respect that Alex showed to me before walking into Hendrick Kia of Concord. After everything fell into place and we completed the transaction and it was time for delivery. Alex, took it upon himself to show me the ins and outs of the car and the functionality of the vehicle. He also has contacted me afterwards about how I am enjoying my new ride and had any problems. This type of customer service and professionalism that I experienced is unrivaled and unmatched.
