Bad Start But were able to close the deal. So after a few days of dealing with Hoyet Morris over the phone, my family and I came in for an appointment. Hoyet never even came out to greet us and instead sent out another salesman. I understand that he is a manager but I must admit I was a little put off by this (not a good first impression). Frankie took good care of us and helped us with the purchase of our new vehicle. He was very knowledgeable & everyone else at the dealership were great to me and my family (they even fed the kids). Overall this was a pleasant experience and I would recommend this dealership to others. More

Deceptive trade practices, never go to Hendrick I had multiple communications with Hendrick prior to my appointment and each time the rep, Krista Lents, said Hendrick would honor the "truecar.com" p I had multiple communications with Hendrick prior to my appointment and each time the rep, Krista Lents, said Hendrick would honor the "truecar.com" price. She also told me in two different conversations that Hendrick has a o% 72 month financing offering which is not true according to the salesman I spoke with. The salesman would not honor the truecar price after I told him the rep told me in two different conversations that Hendrick would. When the rep called me the day before my appointment to confirm, I asked her again about the truecar price down to dollars and cents and the 0% 72 months, she said Hendrick would honor both. I asked her if this was a tactic just to get me in the door and she said, "no Hendrick stands by the offering." Once at the dealership they did not honor any of it, the best financing was 0% 66 months which is good but not what had been represented to me. I will never go to Hendrick again because they are deceptive and cheat customers. In addition, every one I know and every one I work with is going to know as well. More

Buyer beware!!!!! Spoke to Amanda at Hendricks Kia in concord nc about a 2014 soul I saw online. She was very pushy and wouldn't give me any info over the phone...she just wanted to know when I could come talk to them in person. I told her I wanted more info before I drove over an hour but she still would not give me any info. I told her I would be there at 3 just to appease her as I was already working with Aaron at Folger Kia in Charlotte (very nice and honest). Aaron was very honest in telling me that they couldn't get where I needed to be (all of this was done over the phone). I called to cancel my appt at Hendricks. Next thing I know Michael the sales manager was calling me to see what they could do for me. I told him exactly what car I was looking at online and even gave him their stock number and the price online and told him what I needed for my 2014 Kia rio trade. He said they should not have a problem mtg my needs as the general mgr was being aggressive to sell the 2014 models. Before I could leave my house Michael called back and said he talked to the general manager and he said for me to come on up there and they would help me get to where I needed to be. Once I drove an hour to get there, he brought out the exact car we talked about on the phone for me to test drive. When I got back he told me he made a mistake and that they would not be able to get me where I needed to be in that car and that I would have to go to the base model in a manual drive or pay $5000 over and above the price where I needed to be and he said he could meet. He said I told him on the phone that I wanted a manual drive car but in fact I told him I had to have an automatic with cruise control AND the car we talked about on the phone and he brought me to test drive was an automatic so that was a flat out lie on his part about me saying I wanted a manual. Why would he bring me the automatic that I gave him the stock number on to test drive if he thought I wanted a manual. Also, beware of their advertised prices online-unless you are military, leasing or financing you lose all the rebates which is NOT pointed out online. What a waste of time and what bad character and sales practices....I will definitely go back to Galleana kia in Columbia where I bought my first kia when they get the car I am looking for. They are a good honest christian dealership and with Galleana what you see is what you get....Hendrick is sneaky, misleading, pushy and dishonest.....sorry for the long review but I wanted to share my full experience. More
