Everything besides has also been great- all the staff there has been extremely professional. The detail/wash after every visit is a very nice added touch. The facility is commensurate with the lexus brand, very nice, with a great waiting area and clean bathrooms, a workspace for waiting customers, comfortable couches, and good coffee machines. More
