Matt Dubin was excellent. He was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. The dealership was really nice. The waiting area/lounge was spacious, clean, bright and the seats were so comfortable. Very professional I was a bit worried coming in because I had only seen the car online and my trade-in had been negotiated site unseen. Kudos to Hendrick for hiring such an attentive and patient employee as Sean Cook. although the process was incredibly long, which was interesting as there were not that many customers in the showroom - Sean made the time spent quite pleasant. i do feel that with Sean, i was treated as if i had purchased a Lexus, which speaks volumes about this young man. Keep up the good work Sean and i do hope you get compensated well for all of the time you spent on this transaction! BTW - why isn't Sean's name listed below? More
