Air bag recall, open door to stereotypical dealership Wife's vehicle went in for a air bag recall. After they finished they called her, where she relayed them to me about issues they found. Apparently Wife's vehicle went in for a air bag recall. After they finished they called her, where she relayed them to me about issues they found. Apparently they found an engine oil leak, along with a transfer case leak. Being skeptical, and the $2k estimate we brought the vehicle home not letting them do anything. As for the oil leak, I had changed the oil myself 4 days prior to taking it to them. I spilled oil on the skid plate and had been cleaning it off the carport after I made the mess. That was alarming to me to begin with as something didn't smell right. As for the transfer case. After getting it home I crawled under it to check things out. There did appear to be an old dried on leak. Also it appears RTV was used when it was out back together. I also pulled the fill plug and it was full of oil. Giving the dealership the benefit of the doubt, I asked if they topped off the fluids, and specifically if they added fluids to the transfer case since it was a concern. The answer was no they didn't. As for the recall, it was awesome. 5 star service. The experience was excellent until these other concerns were brought up trying to get us to spend $2k. I can't help but feel we were getting the stereotypical dealership experience. Maybe once they investigated more, given the chance, it wouldn't have been that way. I like this place alot, but will be super caution if anything comes up in the future. More

Called a liar by the General Manager of Sales Went to the sales team with an issue and was called a liar. Worst customer service from a sales team after the sale that I have ever received. Doesn't seem to want to have repeat customers purchase from them. Can only hope the service is better than the sales experience as I leased my vehicle and will be stuck with it for some time. More

Great experience In every way! From Sherif, Heather and Dave I liked that Sherif did not pressure me on my first visit and Heather followed up with me by text. Again no pressure from her either! She was very helpful and encouraged me to come back and see if they could review my trade-in value! which I did and they did up my trade in value and got me A price for a new Lexus within my budget! David, the technology wiz who helped me with all the bells and whistles was kind, patient and fun! I’ll be back to visit Dave for more training! More
