Gil Hurtado at Hendrick Mazda Mall of Georgia I started out in the morning at Hendrick Mazda on my 1st day out shopping for a car, with a list of interests and my want and needs in mind. I was ope I started out in the morning at Hendrick Mazda on my 1st day out shopping for a car, with a list of interests and my want and needs in mind. I was open to a New car as well as Pre-Owned. From the start Gil was Friendly, Listened to my needs and guided me towards my interests. He wasn't pushy at all, which is exactly what I didn't want to have to deal with in a Car salesman. Based on my specific needs, he showed me several cars of interest and helped me eliminate what I wasn't looking for and narrowed my search for what I was. He then showed me other options that I may have interest in, that I may not have thought of. Although he is fairly new as a Car dealer Associate, his knowledge of his inventory, and the options they offer, he knows well already. His approach to this type of salesmanship is a breath of fresh air and a welcomed process. I ended up purchasing a car elsewhere that I wasn't even thinking about, or had on my initial list. However, I made sure to call Gil and Thank him for his time and the personal attention he gave to me that morning. I highly recommend you ask for Gil Hurtado when you visit Hendrick Mazda in Buford, Ga. located near the Mall of Georgia. Dwayne Carter and Matt Connor are the BEST!! They truly are awesome to work with. They helped make the car buying process go smoothly and gave me a great price on my trade-in. I had shopped around before going to Hendrick Mazda--now I wish I had saved myself the time and just gone there first!!! They have a large selection of automobiles to choose from--both new and used. What a difference! My wife and I spent two days visiting the dealerships around the Mall of Georgia. We had one sales person outright lie to us, and another dealership take forever only to give us a quote for a vehicle we hadn't asked about. We had visited the Mazda Mall of Georgia dealership first and believed it wise to look around to get some perspective. Well, we found out that these guys are very different in their approach to selling cars. It was obvious that they were about customer service. Yes, they want to sell cars, but they have excellent products to offer and a mindset to find a win-win for everybody. We got a great car at a great price with absolutely nothing to complain about.
